Ordering and Shipping Information

We appreciate your business!

To place an order with us please email me at gina@ezracreek.com, or you can place your order when you see us at craft shows.  Please allow 48-72 hrs to process your order. 

You can come by and pick up your order, we can meet you somewhere in between, or you can have your order shipped.  Payment for pick-ups or meetings will be accepted when you get your order.  Orders needing to be shipped will need to be paid in advance.  We will send you a payment request thru Paypal.  You do not have to have a Paypal account in order to pay this way.  We accept VISA and Mastercard.  Checks and money orders are accepted in person and with your valid phone number and address.

Refunds/Exchanges

 We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.  If you have any comments or complaints, please email us at gina@ezracreek.com and we will help solve your issue.  Please notify us within 2 days of receiving your package if it is damaged.
